(#2) Online Ordering & Delivery

Great if……

1. You want to run your own deliveries without a lot of headache!

2. You already have a great Point-of-Sale System or don’t want a POS.

3. You want easy to use online ordering with a contactless experience.

Orders come in to your dedicated order tablet that rings like a phone. Your staff responds to the customer in real time with an ETA so they know you received their order and when to pick up it up. If the customer chooses delivery it will automatically charge your fee for delivering to their zone. When a delivery order is accepted the system will charge the customer via credit card and then notify the driver app to ask whoever is closest and marked as on-duty to accept the delivery. If they do not respond or decline it for some reason it will pass to the next available driver. Once a driver accepts the delivery the customer will get a notification with a picture and description of the expected driver and vehicle. The driver app routes the driver to the address and they snap a photo of the successful delivery or ask for a signature to finish the order. This system will free up your time taking phone orders, will increase order accuracy and create a contactless delivery system your customers will love. We don’t ever charge you or your customers for delivery. If you choose to charge for delivery you keep it all or pay it to your drivers. The driver app tracks all deliveries and payments. Your drivers can stay home and login to the app when on-duty!

A dedicated expert will help you install a snippet of code on your existing website to allow easy sign up to your text message marketing list. You can send out messages to your lists as needed or we will set-up auto-messages to send out on schedule. Our NFC hardware allows customers to have a contactless experience when visiting your business. If you offer online ordering these can direct customers to order. You can also use these to ask for phone numbers to sign up more customers to your text message lists. Your business information including hours of operation current menu and reviews are spread all around the internet. Our business listing service will sync up hundreds of search, business listing, social media and review websites to ensure your information is consistent around the web and to also notify you of any reviews that pop-up so you can respond as needed.
